How do I place my order?

If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field and click "Apply."

Click "Continue to Shipping Method" and ensure the delivery address is correct.

Click "Continue to Payment Method."

Enter your payment details.

Click "Complete Order."
What if there are items missing or incorrect products when I receive my order?
If you receive missing or incorrect items, please contact us at info@pawfectly-petstore.com.

Provide your order number and proof (images should be below 1MB).

We will reship the correct item at no extra cost, and you may keep the wrongly sent item as a gift.
How do I know my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email confirmation containing your Order Number and details of your purchase.
Can I change my order after placing it?
You can amend your order on or before 11:00 PM (+1 GMT) on the same day it was placed. Contact us at nfo@pawfectly-petstore.com to request changes.
